The images and text are not to be downloaded or reproduced in any way or used for personal, editorial, or commercial purposes without the written permission of Ola Garpendal Photography. Privacy

The Ola Garpendal Photography website is built on WordPress.com which means that all personal data will be handled according to Automattic’s (the owner of WordPress) Privacy Policy. A copy of their policy can be found here.

Return and Replacement

Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects or damages must be made in writing within seven (7) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer, or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned. We will not provide a refund or replacement due to a change of mind.

Gift Certificates

  • A Gift Certificate can be used by the purchaser or gifted to another person
  • During the checkout, the purchaser must enter the email address of the recipient of the Gift Certificate. If the wrong email address is entered, the purchaser must contact Ola Garpendal Photography so that we can correct the address and re-send it.
  • The Gift Certificate is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase
  • Gift Certificates are not transferable
  • Multiple certs can be used in one purchase
  • A Gift Certificate and another payment method can be used in one purchase
  • Part of one Gift Certificate can be used in one purchase
  • A Gift Certificate can be used in many purchases until the credit is exhausted or its validity expires
  • A Gift Certificate can be used to purchase products and shipping
  • A Gift Certificate can be used together with some other promotions
  • To use the Gift Certificate, the recipient of a Gift Certificate must create an account on the OGP website with a login identical to the email address to which they received the Gift Certificate

All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

Framing

All measurements of frame sizes are indicative. Small variances may occur due to standard stock availability and changes by the suppliers.
