Visualising a piece of art on a wall is not easy for most people. The good news is that technology can help us.
We offer a free Artwork Placement Preview service. Take a photo of the wall where you are thinking of hanging a print, and we can superimpose it on the photo you have in mind.

Welcome to Ola Garpendal Photography. I’m a landscape photographer based on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia. Most of my portfolio is captured across Australia, with a selection of images from travels abroad.
We offer fine art prints in five framing options, with full details available in the Shop and on the About the Product page.
If you’re interested in a framing style that isn’t listed, feel free to get in touch—I’m always happy to discuss custom options.
A great place to begin is by browsing the photographs in the Shop. The built‑in filters make it easy to explore if you already have something specific in mind.
If you’re thinking about where the artwork will hang, I can help you visualise it. Take advantage of our free Artwork Placement Preview service to see how a print will look on your wall.
Choosing the photograph is just the start of the journey. There are a few decisions to make along the way, and I’ve put together a guide to help you through each step.
I hope you find something that speaks to you.
“This is a most beautiful image that captures the majesty of our Milky Way.
I purchased this photograph because I love starry skies and as I sat looking at it hanging on my wall and pondered what is over my head at night, I decided I needed a trip to experience the real thing (amazing!)
This photograph is the next best to a real life Warrumbungle nightsky experience and this is a perfect piece to display as a reminder of the beauty that surrounds us that so often we don’t even notice.
Ola Garpendal has an eye for beauty and captures it with creativity and a deep sensitivity.”

Like most other significant purchases, buying a fine art print will require some homework to avoid disappointment. Here we will help you select the photograph, consider the room and the wall where the print will hang, the framing options, and the size of the final print.
There are more things to consider. There will soon be a page that will take you through everything you need to consider before the purchase.
One
Find the photograph that catches your attention. Use the search or browse through the shop. The shop has filters to help to search the portfolio.
Two
Think about the room you might hang the print. On the individual product page, each photograph has four different mock-up rooms. Look through the mock-up room to see if you can find similar colours and tones.
Three
On the individual product page, there are images of each of the available framing options. Use the images to select the framing option you prefer.
Four
Finally, choose a print size that suits the room, the typical viewing distance, and the surrounding furnishings. You’ll find the exact dimensions of each framed print in the Additional Information section beneath every photograph.
“I bought this photograph for a gift to the Palliative Care Unit at Gosford Hospital where it hangs in memory of my sister. Hospital staff were delighted with the photograph. At a difficult time Ola provided caring service and a beautiful product in a timely manner.”
